Please see the attached documents for your reference. Before we can submit this shipment to US Customs for clearance we will need to obtain a Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA) Certification. The form that is needed has been attached to this e-mail and can be returned to me via e-mail when completed. The Federal Express air way bill number is the tracking number in the subject line and the return to is my name.<\/p>\n

Who Completes the Documentation?<\/p>\n

\u2022 Per 19 CFR 12. 121 (a), the importer or their authorized agent must complete the TSCA certification. Shipper is acceptable as an authorized agent only under limited circumstances. If the shipper has completed the TSCA certification on behalf of the importer, the importer must also provide FTN with written confirmation that the importer has authorized the shipper to complete the TSCA certification on its behalf. The importer may provide the confirmation in email on company letterhead.<\/p>\n
